School Allotment
Welcome to our school allotment. Learning about growing food and caring for our environment is an important part of our curriculum, and the allotment plays a key role in teaching all year groups about where their food comes from and how to ‘grow their own’. During the year, every pupil will have the chance to work on the plot on Tuesday afternoons or Thursday mornings, weeding, sowing, planting and harvesting the produce we grow. They will often have the chance to sample something too!
