The school has a three year Strategic Plan which outlines how the school is going to deliver its mission statement, vision and values. This plan is created with by the school in partnership with the governing body.
Each year, we create a School Improvement Plan in order to deliver our strategic plan. This plan supports us in our continual drive to raise standards and to provide the very best opportunities for the children in our care. The plan is based on our evaluation of what is working well in school and what needs further development. The plan is reviewed termly to ensure that we have the right plans in place and that our actions are having a positive impact. This is in order to make the school even better.
