Fees

There will be a registration fee of £15.00 for your every child, including siblings, attending our club.  This will be a one off payment and will cover you for the whole time that your child attends our school. 

A session will cost £9.00 and must be paid in advance when booking your dates for the following month.  If your child is ill or is unable to attend, you will still be charged for the session.  However, if you wish to change a session, this will be allowed at no extra cost if we are able to meet your request.  The session fee will not be reduced if you choose to collect your child early.  Snacks/food are included in the cost.

Payments must be made using Arbor, our online payment system, or through childcare voucher schemes. We will not accept cash. 

Activities

The club will be offering a range of activities including cooking, arts, crafts and sport.  

Inset Days

We hope to run the club on INSET days.  These will run from 8.00am to 6.00pm and will cost £25.00 for the whole day. The price paid will include snacks but not a full lunch meal.  A packed lunch will need to be provided on these days.

Booking

In order to book your child/children into After School Club you should:

1. Ensure that you have completed the After School Club Registration and Booking forms for each child.

2. Contact ssjafterschoolclub@ststephensjuniors.org.uk 

3. Pay.  There are a number of different ways you can pay.  You can pay online via Arbor or via Childcare Vouchers 

Children will not be accepted into either Club unless payment has been made in advance.

Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
