Arbor is an easy, safe and secure way to pay for your child’s trips, dinners and other expenses online using your debit or credit card.

To access the Arbor we ask if you can please download the Arbor App and then use your email address as the username, once you have done this if you click on forgot password it should email you a password.

If you are having issues logging in it may because the email address we hold is different to the one you are trying to log in with. Please contact the office for further assistance.

School Dinners

We have a colour system in place, Red is generally our meat option, Green is our vegetarian option and a blue is our alternative option.  It is really important if your child is having a school dinner that you have discussed this with them and they know what colour they would like that day.

When the teacher calls the register each morning they will ask the child which colour meal they would like for that day and if your child is unsure on the options this will hold up the register and eat into your child’s learning experience. Once they have requested their meal choice each morning this then goes to the kitchen so they can prepare and cook the correct number of meals, if your child says red and really wanted blue, we will not always have the facility for them to change their mind. We run the kitchen economically alongside our curriculum so have put this system in place to reduce the amount of waste we get each day.

The dinner money system within Arbor is a top up system so you can pay money into your account and it will only be taken as and when your child has a dinner. We do expect if your child is having a dinner that there will be money in the account, if for any reason they forget their lunch and need a dinner this is absolutely fine we will then request the payment as an arrears.

The Arbor App facility will allow for both parties to experience a more streamlined, cost-effective, and efficient payment and communication system in a secure and safe environment.

Clubs And Trips

All clubs and trips can be booked along with consent given on the Arbor App.

Clubs

If it is a free club you will just need to log on and give consent, if the club is a paid club eg. Breakfast or after school cub you will be able to book and pay for your sessions via the app.

Trips

We will put all trips on the app along with an attachment of the letter sent home, this way every thing is in one place and if your unsure on any details you only need to log on to the app to access it.

The office is cashless so we will not be able to accept cash for any of the trips, payment is via Arbor or cheque in the office.
